As a nurse with many years of experience in healthcare, I was incredibly pleased with my experience with Dr. Matthews and her team. She spent ample time with us, explained every detail, and we never felt rushed. Her team of nurses also rocked! Bob was so helpful and kind and led us through the entire process. Highly recommend for any fertility needs.
Wonderful experience! This doctor took time to learn about my situation, demonstrated caring, was honest and gave us some hope. So thankful for this appointment as we continue to navigate our situation and process.
We think the world of Dr. Matthews. Been with her since 2020. She listens to us and is a great Dr.
For now, I cannot give 5 stars but I’d say the center is well on their way for me! I’ve met Dr. Matthews 1x - her bedside manner is fabulous! I’m in the beginning stages of IVF and she was very helpful in answering my questions and providing literature. As of date, I’ve been working directly with Bob (her nurse) and he has been great as well! The staff in general at Atrium Fertility is great. I feel at ease and welcomed. This entire operation is 5 star. You’re informed, communication is open and constant, you’re cared for and heard. Dr. Matthews is a straight shooter, her team is a well oiled machine, and the overall experience was great. If you’ve been through the IVF process you know that’s a high praise because literally every step of the process is veiled in some kind of loss.
