As a doula I attended a birth last where Dr. Fletcher was the doctor on call amongst a group of others. This birth was a transfer due to timing since the mom’s waters ruptured and she timed out of the option to deliver at the birth center due to the progress of her labor not being as active. I won’t go into detail on the birth experience but as a doula I really appreciated how Dr. Fletcher engaged with me.
