It was by chance that we started working with Michelle Layton, but it was actually an answer to prayer! She was amazing. We were very particular and she spent a lot of her time helping us. She quickly learned what aspects of a house were important to us and was able to show us houses tailored to what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Michelle. She was with us all the way and getting the house and getting the offer completed and accepted. She helped us in getting the loan documents approved and everything done in a very timely manner. She helped us get in touch with the loan officer that that was very helpful in getting us the loan. Since we didn’t live in state, she helped us with getting into the house and getting all the repairs done with the owner and his realtor.
Michelle Layton is the absolute best! She was always available to talk and go over any new properties at a moments notice, very professional and easy to work with. 100% recommend using Michelle if you are looking for a new home!
