She is very kind, explains everything and listens to what I am telling her. She is about preventative care and is very responsive to my needs and requests via email. Dr. Falcon is a great PCP because she takes time to go over any questions or concerns i might have before we are done with the visit. Her nurse are the best and office staff ??
Forgetful, doesn't address the pressing issue. Reluctant to provide a referral even changing her mind after suggesting one. Offer un-needed free service rather than what's needed. Sloppy annual physical visit. All around a deteriorating service.

Dr. Falcon has not only been my PCP for years, but my sister's and mother's as well. She listens and really cares about her patients. I dread the day she retires because she will definitely be hard to replace. She's the best doctor ever!

HANDS DOWN, the very best doctor I have EVER seen in my ENTIRE life. No joke. She is a really really good doctor, very smart, very knowledgable. But most of all, she is SO KIND. She is really a good hearted person and she really cares about her patients--it is very obvious. She helped me through some very serious issues, not only with medical help but with compassion and kindness. I would recommend her to absolutely EVERYONE.
