I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dermatology office today. My son had a 10:15 AM appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early, as they require. We then waited an additional 18 minutes past the scheduled appointment time with absolutely no communication from staff. No update. No acknowledgment. Nothing. My son is autistic, and long, uncommunicated wait times are not a minor inconvenience for us — they are disruptive and distressing. Always a positive experience with Dr. Bayer. So personable and professional with a great bedside manor. One of the best in her field.
Dr Bayer was wonderful and answered all my concerns.
My son was miserable and couldn't sleep. He was itchy and so uncomfortable. We saw so many doctors and nothing helped. After a visit to Dr. Bayer my sons skin cleared up almost overnight! So thankful we found her!
