We were fortunate to have Michelle Kennedy as our realtor. She worked diligently selling two complicated homes for us at the same time. Both homes were sold and escrow closed in thirty days. (That is with us asking for an extra week to empty the homes.) She is personable, professional and prompt. It was the best experience we could have hoped for. She is a ten star realtor!!
