It's the women that work the desk that did it for me. I was using LPN Michelle Jones. She was awesome, good attitude, friendly and thorough. It's her staff. Every time I've called to check on status of anything how to make an appointment they have been rude to me they have no phone etiquette. I'm changing my PCP bc of this reason
I've been to 3 cardiologists since I first noticed my heart acting weird, and Michelle is the first one who seems like she actually cares. She's ordered multiple tests to figure out what's wrong. She's made me feel like there might be a light at the end of the tunnel.
Michelle is very good. The receptionist obviously hates her job. They do not keep to appointments. They do not respect you or your time. They make you wait, even if you made your appointment three months ago to fit in people without appointments ahead of you and make you wait. I recommend you go somewhere else that knows what appointments mean and how to keep them. I am finding a better doctors office for my care. I will not return.
