Michelle is detailed oriented, she’s passionate and so very good at what she does! The whole office treats you amazing, they get you in and out
They still don’t keep appointments. They keep you waiting and sometimes they do not show up and charge you anyway. This looks like my last visit time to find another doctor. Michelle Jones is great but the office is not run well at all. So what is considered a reasonable wait time? I will post wait time if I ever get to see Michelle.
It's the women that work the desk that did it for me. I was using LPN Michelle Jones. She was awesome, good attitude, friendly and thorough. It's her staff. Every time I've called to check on status of anything how to make an appointment they have been rude to me they have no phone etiquette. I'm changing my PCP bc of this reason
I've been to 3 cardiologists since I first noticed my heart acting weird, and Michelle is the first one who seems like she actually cares. She's ordered multiple tests to figure out what's wrong. She's made me feel like there might be a light at the end of the tunnel.
