Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about selling our home and very definitive about remodeling priorities. She worked tirelessly to get it remodeled, cleaned, staged and on the market. We also had multiple open houses which successfully engaged numerous prospective purchasers. Ultimately we were pleased with the contract and buyer we engaged with.
Michelle was very proactive, gave exceptional advice and recommendations and was extremely responsive. Several houses in our neighborhood were on the market before we were and had to reduce their price. They are still on the market and we have already closed.
