Miserable experience with Dr. Fisher in the Brandon office. Never again.
Dr. Fisher and her office is very poor when it comes to following up on procedures and test results.
Was very slow letting us know my husband had an infection still lingering after being in the hospital for pneumonia and sepsis. Then he had a retest and never heard back. Went in for appointment which I had the appointment card only to be told he did not have an appointment that day.
Love this Dr. I brought my 91 year old Mom to her for post hospital visit for my Moms lifelong salivary gland issue. Miraculously she was able to make a huge difference in the gland draining it . I also love her happy personality. I highly recommend Michelle and all the other ENT Drs at the office. Very thankful for Drs like this they are rare.
This office waited until the day before my daughter’s appt. To say they needed another authorization from her PCP or her appt would be cancelled. I then called my PCP’s office who stated they had already sent it. I called this office back THREE times to clear it up & they did not return my call until 5:30 pm -only to tell me that they had to cancel her appt. This is after I waited over a month for this appt.
