I’ve worked with Michelle in the past- buying and selling homes and I would never select anyone but her. That said, she is teamed up with Sara Hayes now and together they make a dream team. They helped us navigate several complex issues including buying a home with solar panels, finding a great interior painter (Eric Martin), staging our home, with a great photographer (Michael Osean). We have known Michelle for many years. When it came time to sell, there was no question who we would choose to be our realtor. She is stellar! Response from seller: Michelle is a smart, hardworking, professional real estate agent with great attention to detail. She helped to sell my house and it was a straightforward process. She provided suggestions to make the house more attractive and even provided some indoor and outdoor staging since the house was empty at the time.
