I called and was told that Dr. Mechelle is not accepting new patients. The response came across as a bit rude. I wish the government could address situations like this and audit doctors who are selective about accepting patients. I find it hard to believe any doctor’s calendar is fully booked 8 hours a day for the next six months. Their booking team could definitely use better management.
Have seen Dr. Bonta a few times for different reasons and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Her diagnosis are excellent! Cheers;
Dr. Bonta is wonderful! She was thorough and is a genuinely nice person. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. It takes a while to get an appointment with her but it is certainly worth the wait. By far one of the best physicians I've ever been to.
