Absolutely do not recommend. Unprofessional and rude. The communication was terrible from the start. The agent pressured me to sign a lease without even seeing the apartment in person. When I asked for more photos or a video of the unit, she immediately responded with “Good luck, goodbye” — extremely dismissive and unprofessional. The rental application was full of red flags, asking for highly sensitive information like full bank account and card numbers. It felt unsafe and shady.
