Dr. Chong and her staff are wonderful! She is friendly, informative, patient, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.
My husband and I met Dr. Chong after movingly to the Cypress area and suffering two miscarriages. We were looking for a doctor who could be a little more sensitive to our situation rather than just brushing it off as "miscarriages happen." Dr. Chong and her staff were wonderfully empathetic without making us feel pitied.
Dr Chong is amazing, her staff is great! Never had any issues with them, except the lab loosing my blood..
Dr. Chong deliver 2 of my 3 children. She is very nice and informative. I was very please with her work. Her staff are all very friendly. My visits from start to finish would take no longer than 45min.
Michelle is very sweet and thorough . There is never long of a wait and the staff is friendly. I felt comfortable right away. As a doctor , she is also very accessible when those pregnancy questions arise. I feel cared for and looked after
I am currently a patient and love the entire staff! Dr Chong seems to be happy and full of life every day which makes for wonderful bedside manner! Highly recommend her obgyn office!
I choose Dr. Chong's office based on her online reviews. The reviews were not wrong. This was my first pregnancy and she took the time to explain to me what I may expect during my pregnancy. Even when I felt I had a silly question, she reassured me that it was not and explained what was going on with my body and my baby. When I had an auto accident during my pregnancy she took all the necessary precautions to make sure me and my baby were healthy. Additionally, her staff is super friendly.
Very knowledgeable. Concise, thorough without being overly aggressive in treatment plans.
Dr. Chong is a caring doctor. She made my experience with my fourth birth comfortable and well prepared me with information to quiet any concerns I might have had.
