Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Absolutely! They made an extra effort to support and encourage me Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.
