STAY AWAY! I don't even know where to start with this Realtors non-sense. I think what specifically stands out is the fact I have been paying my HOA fees every year and have not had one annual meeting that it states we should in the paperwork. Yet, every year like clock work there is a letter received indicating HOA fees are due. I have yet to receive an actual document that shows where and what our HOA pays for.
