I am thankful to finally get answers and a correct diagnosis
ZERO STARS - Don’t go to this doctor. As I write this, she has 3.1 on Google! What doctor has a rating that low! She is useless and only has the ability to prescribe the toxic MS drugs. I had HSCT, so she doesn’t know what to do for me because I don’t need the DMTs. Knows nothing about HSCT for MS. Knows nothing about cannabis even though 60% MS patients find it helpful and Virginia has legal cannabis. She doesn’t know how to help people with MS truly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Betz for about 6 years. It took time to get my diagnosis, but she was persistent. She is responsive to questions in the MyChart. There was a time when they were short staffed and reaching someone was frustrating, but as of now (July 2025) they are firing on all cylinders. There are few neurological practices within the Hampton Roads area. I'm glad that Dr. Betz is overseeing my care.
