Bad customer service because they always busy in their phones
Great customer service, I always like my nails and the price is good.
I’ve been going to Michelle Belle Nails since I was a kid, and now as an adult, it’s still the only place I trust. Michelle and Michael, the owners, have always made me feel like more than just a customer — they know me by name, and that personal touch means so much. Unfortunately I had the worst pedi here today. The people I was with had different nail techs and theirs were nice but mine was not good. Polish in the cuticle line, spots where the polish didn’t go on right, polish on my skin that I had to ask to have fixed. Very messy job. Would not recommend and won’t return. I gave two stars because the people in my party were more satisfied.
