Outstanding service from start to finish. Lisa was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient, answering every question we had with clarity and care. Her service was exceptional, right down to thoughtful reminders leading up to our trip. We felt completely supported and confident throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Julie was so helpful and was able to plan exactly what I envisioned for Marathon Weekend. Communication was extremely efficient and she even offered tips and reminders for planning milestones. I am usually a do it myself girl when it comes to Disney vacations, and I enjoy doing it! But the stress of planning for runDisney weekends, it was so nice to have some of the stress taken off my plate. I’m so appreciative of Julie and the team. Highly recommend!
We used Be Our Guest Vacations for our first trip back to WDW after Covid, with a 5-night Disney Cruise following the stay at Disney. BOGV assigned Kim as our travel agent and we could not have been happier with her! Kim was responsive to all my questions and was happy to make resort changes for us as our budget changed throughout the planning process.
