Great group of people to plan a vacation and to vacation with.
Kristen was great to work with. I had been on a cruise before but the extra reminders and guidance made me feel like we weren’t missing anything.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Abby R. when booking two upcoming cruise trips for DVC Keyholder Club Members. She helped me choose the most appropriate staterooms at the best prices offered for me and my daughter. Abby worked overtime, making sure that all of the information needed was gathered in a timely manner so that we secured the rooms with the necessary deposits before they sold out because I needed to book accessible rooms which were very limited in number on both cruises.
