They helped me out when I had a dental issue. I went to regular cleanings afterwards for a time. Then they stopped returning calls, never followed up to confirm appointments. I showed up for an appt in July I made 6 months ago and the office was fully closed, not notice given to me. Now they never pick up the phone and basically ghosted me. Very sketchy business practices, please avoid them.
I appreciate this office so much! I picked this office a few years ago when I got dental insurance and decided to take my oral health seriously. It had been years since I had gone to the dentist prior. Dr Jacques and her hygienists were never judgemental when I started coming to her office. Appt setting is easy. They are efficient, so you rarely catch them running behind schedule. If they are short staffed, they quickly work with you to reschedule for everyone's benefit. Rude!! We had an issue with our insurance. We had everything worked out on our end. We had proof in hand and they waited until we were in then office to tell us that they were not will to see us. The doctor and was extremely rude and unwilling to work us. STAY AWAY!!
The dentist I saw was great—very informative, helpful, and made me feel comfortable and secure after my visit. I truly appreciated the care I received from them. However, the front desk experience was extremely frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times over several days just to have simple paperwork sent, and it still wasn’t completed in a timely manner. I’ve been coming to this dental office for many years, and both my daughters and I have always had an amazing experience. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion they show truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are welcoming, helpful, and make everything easy and stress-free.
