LOVE HER. Not only is she relatable and delightful to talk to, but she pretty much saved my life (not to be dramatic). I was suffering from severe hypothyroidism and didn’t know it until I got routine bloodwork done with Michelle (my first experience with her). She was amazing in getting me the necessary medication, bloodwork, and ultrasounds to address my inflammation and the effect it was having on my vital organs. AWFUL. Our loved one passed away who was a patient of Cooley. Her office manager Leah is by far the RUDEST person I’ve ever spoke to. Absolutely insensitive to our loss and refuses to give any information regarding the signing of the death certificate. They have ignored the family the funeral home and now the health department.
Michelle is excellent and she always has a smile on her face.
I only leave reviews when my experience is very bad or very GOOD and this is one of the very good ones! Having Michelle as my primary care has been so amazing in just the few appointments I've had so far. The nurses are incredibly kind and helpful and Michelle always goes above and beyond to make sure everything I need is taken care of! As someone with chronic illness, having a strong advocate as your primary is so important and I couldnt reccomend this office enough! You will never feel like a burden here!
