First visit to a dermatologist. The front desk staff and nurse were very pleasant and helpful. I know wait times can sometimes be 10-15 minutes, but I waited for 20+ minutes and Dr. Bussman did not acknowledge the long wait. When Dr. Bussman came in, she did a quick assessment. I assumed she would come back after I got dressed, but instead the nurse returned to answer any questions. It felt like she was running behind and had no time for me. Dr. Bussmann is amazing. Very careful and takes a very cautious and conservative approach. I have gone to her for years and highly recommend her.
