Deceptive agents who pad the MLS properties with false information that would normally make the property worth hundreds of thousands of dollars more if the descriptions were true. I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions about their listings that claim the property as being oceanfront, when they are actually not. All my attempts to get them to stop falsifying the MLS facts were ignored. This agency is either purposely misleading people or woefully ignorant about basic real estate descriptions.
