Marva is the literal worst health care provider I've ever had in my 42 years of living on this planet. I'd never go back to this office. I drive to the Michelin office on Pelham Road from Spartanburg to avoid her. I'd suggest you do the same. Imagine preferring to drive on I-85 versus a quick 15 minute drive through town. Sad, but true. It was that bad.
In my assessment, this facility fails to meet even minimal expectations of competent clinical practice. Staff behavior, as observed firsthand, displays a concerning level of inadequacy and inconsistency. I scheduled my child a well-child check up visit. When scheduling this appointment I ask Yolonda first desk clerk if this is something they normally do. She stated yes. She informed me they would do labs. When NP Marva Thompson walked in. She ask my child if she was up-to date on her vaccination.
