We worked with Michele recently to sell our rental property. Our situation was a bit unique, and Michele showed great flexibility to accomplish the transaction. The process was very smooth and organized and enabled us to close even earlier than expected. Michele was amazing to work with when finally buying my first home at 47. She was so patient in providing a lot of education. She also took the time to show my husband and I homes that were in our budget as well as properties that were a bit above snd below so we could get a sense of where we ultimately wanted to land. I highly recommend Michelle, she goes above and beyond to provide her services as a realtor. She helps set up appointments with contractors, inspectors and has a wide range of great referrals to help sell or buy a home. Her personal approach makes you feel like she is always working to provide you with what is best for you, and never makes it feel like you are just a transaction. I have never had a realtor provide step by step support in the whole process. I have referred her to family, friends, and co-workers.
