Dr Rooney is very cold and does not relate well to patient.She does nor know how to communicate to the patient, does not seem to have to much compassion.
Dr. Rooney performed my emergency C section after torturing me with 6 hours of pushing. By the time she performed the C, she had been on call for 24 hours and she looked like hell. Furthermore, she was absent through 99% of the pushing and when she came, she was nasty. I ended up with complications from the C which may or may not be her fault, but I have a feeling that after being on call for 24 hours she did not do her best work. This doctor was trying to convince me to have a C-section because it was convenient to be able to schedule when I was going to have the baby. Needless to say I ran away from this practice as fast as I could.
Although it is inconvenient and un-nerving at times that my appointments are not taken on time, this is the typical nature of the beast -- doctors can never keep a punctual appointments, as unforseen things happen to cause them to be late. Dr. Rooney is WORTH WAITING FOR!!!!
Good solid knowledgable doctor. On time, respectful, good bedside manner.
Office staff is HORRIBLE!! Doctor has attitude. Would not recommend. I was even sent to the worng Doctor!!!!
