I came from Pratt to pick up my mom in Kinsley for an appt with Dr Riggins in Wichita. Communication is awful. Too many phone calls back and forth. Communication and surgeries only on Mondays. Dr. Riggins has canceled my mom's surgery 3 times. Once is bad enough. But 3 times? It's not just in convenient, it's the waste of fuel, time and cost for us. This is the worst service and professionalism me and my family have ever encountered. Dr Riggins has cancelled my mother’s eye surgery 3 times due to her being “sick”. My siblings have driven from out of town and out of state to take my mother to surgery to get a call the day of and say it needs to be rescheduled mind you she lives 2 hours away from Wichita. This is unacceptable in any profession.
I really do enjoy her professionalism and her PR when she talks to you. She gets a A1 from me. Thank you so much Ms. Riggins for helping me out with my situation.
Dr is fantastic. She answered all of the questions and taught me a lot about eyes and conditions. Very patient and kind and has a great team :)
