I came from Pratt to pick up my mom in Kinsley for an appt with Dr Riggins in Wichita. Communication is awful. Too many phone calls back and forth. Communication and surgeries only on Mondays. Dr. Riggins has canceled my mom's surgery 3 times. Once is bad enough. But 3 times? It's not just in convenient, it's the waste of fuel, time and cost for us. My mom fasted and completed her pre surgery only to be canceled 3 times. We will not reschedule with Dr Riggins. Perhaps she should lay off the booze on the weekend so she can sh... read more

This is the worst service and professionalism me and my family have ever encountered. Dr Riggins has cancelled my mother’s eye surgery 3 times due to her being “sick”. My siblings have driven from out of town and out of state to take my mother to surgery to get a call the day of and say it needs to be rescheduled mind you she lives 2 hours away from Wichita. This is unacceptable in any profession.
