Dr is fantastic. She answered all of the questions and taught me a lot about eyes and conditions. Very patient and kind and has a great team :)
I'm not sure who I got because according to these reviews she was a completely different person. She barely spent five minutes with me and claimed I have migraines. But refused to tell me how to treat them. Waste of money and time. - I did confirm it was Michele Riggins who "treated" me. If you can call her neglect treatment. Based on reviews it seems certain people for whatever reason get this behavior from her while the majority do not. That is extremely concerning for a medical professional. Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Riggins at the north Webb Rd Grene vision location for over two months and during that time up until the day before the appointment I received numerous confirmations that my appointment was scheduled at 8:30 via phone call, voicemail, email and text messages but when I arrived on the day of the appt and 15 minutes before the appt start time they told me that I was on the "do not see list" because my appointment was actually supposed to be at 7:30 even though not once did anyone tell me t... read more
