Excellent! When I met with the doctor for my original consultation she seemed very confident and simplified the process for wisdom teeth extraction. Booked my extraction and it was def. a smooth, rather quick, and painless process. She is thorough and knows what she is doing. Very happy I made the decision to go there.
Dr. Carunchio is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Carunchio did an exceptional job with our 13 year old's oral surgery. She was able to explain to us very clearly what needed to be done (he had two cysts, an odontoma, and two baby teeth to be removed. She put a plan together right then at our first appointment and did the surgery as scheduled. Our son was comfortable with her throughout the surgery and he recovered very nicely and swiftly after. One of the best Oral surgeons I’ve come across! She is truly amazing at her job.
I am terrified of dentists, doctors and surgeries. I have been putting off my wisdom teeth extraction for as long as I could. One of them was impacted and on a nerve. I was not able to get sedated and was super nervous. Dr Carunchio was amazing. Not only did she do a great job on the surgery but she made me feel as comfortable as I could be. She never lost her cool once, and was very understanding. Would go back to her in a heartbeat if I had to. Highly recommend. The office staff as well are very organized and polite.

Dr. Carunchio and her team at Hoboken were great. Quick, friendly, thorough, and professional. Went for a wisdom tooth extraction consult / procedure (two different visits) and both times were a pleasant experience.
Excellent care. Airtight processes such as the treatment plan review, and the carefully crafted prescription package sent to the pharmacy. The efficient front desk reviewed the treatment plan too quickly, but that's minor. I should have asked her to slow down. Also the prep email links to a site page that contains info not necessarily relevant to the patient (such as how to prepare for anesthesia). It would help if the email was a little more targetted. But still, they deserve five stars.
