There are so many beautiful treasures in this store. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for helping me with some Christmas presents today. And a couple things for myself:)
I went in on small business Saturday as I am a big supporter of small business Sat. My husband and I are small business owners too. I was not impressed by the service. I was not even acknowledged when I was in the store. I had to wait at the counter for a bit for someone to ring up my purchase. Overall did not get a welcoming vibe when I entered the store. It is a very nice store but they need to work on customer service a bit more.
These three ladies go above and beyond to make your shopping experience fun and relaxing. Locally owned and operated- Michele F's customer service does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone knowing they will be treated and cared for in a professional and friendly manner!
