I came in several times with rapidly declining vision. Jameson kept telling me it was normal aging and became angry when I suggested seeing a specialist. I finally left for another practice, where I was diagnosed with not one, but two severe conditions. Apparently Jameson has never heard of an Amsler Grid, or she just chose not to believe a patient in distress. Fortunately I moved on before she allowed me to go blind.
Dr. Jamison is kind, efficient and the entire office folk are pleasant. I fully recommend her.
Dr Jamison understands autoimmune diseases, treatments, and medications to avoid if eyes have been involved in the disease process. Because of this, i knew that one medication my (new) rheumatologist recommended would have been damaging and could discuss other options. She has been one of the best doctors I've ever been to.
Excellent service from both Dr. Jamison and her staff. I appreciate that the front desk staff alerted me to my insurance situation BEFORE being seen so I didn't have any surprises after my appointment. Dr. Jamison clearly explained my exam results and her nurses were friendly and professional.
The medical care was more than acceptable, however, the office support needs attention. I received an unsigned letter informing me that I missed my last appointment, not true. I made the appointment but never got beyond the desk.MVP made a billing error and suspended my coverage, now corrected. The front desk checked with your accounts manager, she said loud enough for me to hear I called him and he didn't return my call. If you check your records I was a good customer, feedback for the Doctor.
