Lillian Michel DVM is one of the rudest, judgmental, and condescending providers I have ever had to deal with. I have seen her multiple times and each visit I have had with her has been terrible. She makes extremely judgmental facial expressions and comments when you speak with her. She doesn’t even try to hide her judgement. She didn’t even give us any medical update about our dog whether he was healthy (heart, lungs, weight, etc) or not. Everyone was nice and caring
Dr. Michel is the best! She is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. She never rushes us, and takes the time to get to know the humans as well as the dogs. She does not suggest unnecessary treatments and always takes a reasonable, conservative, and compassionate approach. All four of our dogs are seen by her and each time I see her, I always feel better that our pups are in good hands. I have recommended Dr. Michel to others and would gladly recommend her to anyone. Thank you Dr. Michel!
