Michael Bormey Garcia is performing surgery at My Cosmetic Surgery, 7360 Coral way, Miami Florida. During my consultation, I was told he was a surgeon Board Certified and belonged to the American Society of Plastic surgeon. He doesn't. He is not a surgeon. Please contact the gov. Agency for Health Care Administration and inquire about him to see what he truly is. This place took from me $300.00 deposit and refuses to refund my money. I contacted my cc company and filed a complaint. No refund ever received.
