Terrible. Very confusing on they applied the $129 service call. Needed a lower oven heating element. No parts in stock must be ordered. Delervy time a week to 10 days. When the part arrived after 9 days the technician was scheduled another 7 days later. I refused to accept that schedule and after demanding to speak with management the scheduled technician was changed to 3 days. The charge for this repair was outrageous. The total fee was $363. Complete disappointment! We used this company to repair our washer through Lowe's warranty. Our $1300 washer will not spin out without becoming off balanced regardless of load size or spin speed. First time service tech was out he quickly said we were overloading the washer and needed to use a slower spin speed. He ran an empty load and said it was balanced. Unreliable in a word, cancelled a repair appointment made 8 days ago 15 min before they were scheduled to arrive. Unprofessional and frankly a bush league operation. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with them.

Had to have the door water/ice dispenser in Samsung refrigerator replaced. Very personable and efficient technician, and all was on time and as promised.

Michaelson's charged me $247.99 in July of this year to repair my dryer. Of that amount, $6.33 was for the part (a plastic sensor), $15.95 for handling as it had to be ordered AND $199.95 for labor. We rarely use this dryer as most of our time is at another residence in Indian Rocks Beach. It never worked properly after the technician left but we only use it once a month if that often. Had a technician come to the house as part of a Lowe's warranty issue, and he was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up before he left. Solid service!
