Great customer service on the phone and by the technician. Parts arrived quickly and was repaired professionally. Would highly recommend.
I have a warranty insurance service which placed me with Michaelson's. The entire experience was handled as agreed. The representative arrived within the quoted window, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the necessary parts. When I received the parts, two days later, I notified the company to set up another appointment. Once again he arrived within the window, did the repair and cleaned up. This is not the experience I have become used to in Florida. I recommend, without reservation, Michaelson's.

All around great service! From the time I contacted them for service through to resolving my issue, excellent service! Roy, my service guy, was awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Great service friendly and on time he helped me clean the area before he put my appliances back. Technician was very knowledgeable. I would fully recommend.

They were terrific from start to finish on our dryer repair, accurate price, on time, friendly, efficient, and even helped clean up the area. we are planning on calling right away for a different appliance repair. Great job!
