This place is the place to go and buy your next car. They had exceptional customers service, and made us feel like family.
Don't buy buy a car from these people... they do the inspections then put bad tires on your car after the fact. If you pay your car off early. They go back on their word and don't pay the tags title and fees to dmv.... this is the worst car company I have ever had an interaction with. That goes for Marie, Chris, & Mike.
Great set of people very honest with all they know about the vehicles. Work hard to ensure you are satisfied and get the best deal possible..we bought a car last year and had some damage of our own to the vehicle but it still drove otherwise. We sold it and it is still doing good for them!! On our way to purchase another one or two soon....�
BE-WARE!!!!!!!!!You better do a vin check before you purchase and also have a qualified mechanic look over the car before you purchase from here!!!! The car I purchased and I found out later had been totaled, rebuilt, totaled and rebuilt again!!!! Michael's Used Auto Sales failed to inform me of that info.... 🤔🤔🤔
Bought a 05 explorer put less than 1000 miles on it before the timing chains blew. Drive it 20 miles each way a few times starting the day after I bought it to have them look at it and it was " timing chain tensioner". Had replaced by them few times, wasted my gas and was then told would go half and half on a new motor about 3 days after this happened. If they knew the motor was bad why would the sell it?
