this company was sent by my insurance to tow my car. two different times. both times they told us a time to be there with the key so the driver could get car. once was chris, he was 2 hours late from the time the lady said he would be there and today was Clint. he was hour and half late. TERRIBLE SERVICE. insurance company is filling complaints to drop them

They were suppose to pick my car up at 10:05am. Didn’t pick it up till 12pm. Then they took 4 hours to go a 2 hour drive max! Not to mention the customer service was the worst I have ever seen!
