I've been a Michael's customer since Mr Broadus and his son were at the old location prior to moving to this former Safeway Building. When Mr Broadus' son died in the airplane accident, I thought for sure they were going to close, but he stayed in business for years until he retired. They are now part of the Lithia group, HOWEVER, the excellent Management team that Mr. Broadus assembled over decades are still present and form the core of this dealership. Service center scheduling online was quick and easy through the Michaels Toyota of Bellevue mobile site, access and check in were quick and efficient, my dedicated advisor was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Overall time for service was quick and efficient and I was in and out the door in under 90 minutes. I stayed onsite, had access to wifi, restrooms, a small coffee shop, and plenty of seating for those needing to work while they waited.
