This place robs you of your money and will not perform services you request . Happens to people all the time. Had a friend request transmission service and dealership lied and never performed service and stole friends money. I return they wanted to offer free oil changes due to them getting caught . Boooo on you and your a terrible business. This is no way to treat any customer. Stealing money
We got the pleasure to work with Christian Cederlund and Matt the sales manager. As soon as we walked in to the dealership, Christian approached us with an amazing energy and helped us pick the perfect vehicle. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with it and both Christian and Matt worked out a deal for us that made it financially possible. I just wanted to share that Ken Cho here at Toyota of Bellevue is a wonderful sales rep, he has a great personality, very upfront and honest, knows his product and also stands behind it as he drive a toyota himself. My dad didnt buy a toyota from Ken but not becuase of the product or the rep but other reasons. Doesnt mean that we wouldnt go back to Ken in the future! If you are in the market for a toyota please reach out to Ken he is willing to help make your car sales easy smooth and find you what you want.
I love this place! I went to another Toyota dealer for service and they not only misdiagnosed the problem, but they scraped up the back bumper of my car while in their custody. I kept hearing that I needed to take my car here (mostly for the chocolate chip cookies, but also for the awesome service). Even though I drive by FOUR other Toyota dealerships to get here--I will never go anywhere else!
