Hands down the best restaurant on the island, the crab cakes, chu chi pasta and the spinach and artichoke dip are out of this world!
Early in August we were visiting family in the area, and as a farewell gift we received a gift certificate to Michael's Seafood for just the 2 of us. What a romantic treat! We enjoyed an incredibly delicious and carefully prepared dinner on August 3; now we find ourselves far from the area and wishing on this Friday night that we were sitting at Michael's having another special dinner! The clam chowder is NOT to be missed, ya hear? Lucky locals!!!!!
Clam chowder is very good but service sucks. Ordered the galley platter and they brought me swordfish without the shrimp and scallops. When I noted this to the waitress she simply stated "you got the bigger portion." When my shrimp and scallops finally came the were cooked so quickly that they tasted like bland rubber bands. Daughters pizza was very tasty and was a lot better than my seafood.
I know it was a busy night but if my dinner wasn't rushed and it was cooked I would give more stars. Should be quality over quantity, especially with seafood, as people would have a reason to come back. On a good note Seafood Chowder was Delish.
I ate a swordfish fish taco. Life is good, server got it done as well

This place was a disappointment! We will never eat there again ! No fried seafood or anything! They charge $2.50 for even kids drinks (2 and 3 years of age ). They also charged 18% gratuity! And the service was bad !!!!
The food was DELICIOUS! The staff was AWESOME. I will be BACK
Friendly service. Tasty snapper dish. Chowder was divine.
