Terrible Steer clear of Gerry. He gave me the worst haircut of my life. He did everything wrong including an uneven cut, and using thinning shears when this is a classic no-no. He conned me into buying their own "Michael's" hair product at $28.00 claiming it was better than the highly respected Moroccan Oil products I use and love and the product was absolutely useless. If anything it weighed down my hair without any hold, certainly no shine. He should be ashamed of himself. Deplorable .

Fantastic Salon I love this salon!! They are open seven days a week and even though they themselves call themselves color experts, I have to agree. Everything they touch comes out perfect!! I love the way they keep themselves up to date on new styles and a shampoo done there is heaven. They don't hang your head over the sink and leave you like I have had happen in other places. Recommend this place!

great I love to get my hair cut here. They do a fantastic job. Everyone there seems like they do a good job on your hair and it seems everyone walks out satisfied. They finish whatever you want done to your hair quickly and it is done very nicely. The people working there are friendly.

Gerry is the best! Michael's always makes time for me. Gerry is the best for coloring and trims; he really knows his customers and keeps the color consistent, while also recommending new styles. Definitely worth it!

Horrible service and dye job Unfortunately I had to give at least one star. I went to the Hackettstown location and had a young girl named Sam as my stylist. I sat with Sam and showed her several pictures of how I wanted my hair color to turn out. After 2 and a half hours of waiting to get my hair form the blonde I went in with to a beautiful chesnut light brown, I came out with black hair with red highlights on my roots and no highlights on my ends. Sam kept telling me it would lighten up with a few washes. She did do a pre... read more
