I’ve had the unfortunate privilege of dealing with this company twice, and both experiences were painfully horrible. The second attempt, though, was on a completely different level of unacceptable. I scheduled five units to be serviced on a Friday, for both exterior and interior service—specifically arranged because every tenant planned to work from home to accommodate the appointment since they "require" someone to be home. Michael's came out to spray for spiders at my home. They were very responsive and clear in communicating how to properly protect my home. I instantly saw a huge difference. Very satisfied with Michael's pest control.

At first, we were really happy with the service. We had issues with bugs as well as mice in our garage. Our first treatment, we were told there wasn't much they could do with the mice so we tried to tackle that ourselves. After a while, we had issues with ants coming into the kitchen and a few areas in the bedrooms. We called to have them come back out between visits (as we thought this was included if we had issues).
