I called to get a quote on replacing a post office box lock/key -- total of $92 ($60 for call; $20 for install; and $12 for lock). I went ahead and paid in advance with a credit card. Locksmith arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. However, a week later when I check my account, I was charged more than what was quoted. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the old bait and switch tactic used and will NEVER call on them again nor refer them to anyone!!!
Best service My husband and I just replaced our cheap locks with high security locks. We love the keypad entry. They have great customer service. Also they are great if you ever lock your keys in your car. Ask for Lori when you call. She will assist you with anything!
I broke a key off in the ignition of my old 87 Chevy pickup. I called up Michael's and they sent someone over immediately. John was very friendly and fixed my ignition quick and made me a set of new keys for no extra cost. These guys are definately my new personal locksmith.

I was very happy to see that the employees were all extra kind and very informative about my product choices and my budget. Now I've got a brand new high security Amsec gun safe.
