Best service My husband and I just replaced our cheap locks with high security locks. We love the keypad entry. They have great customer service. Also they are great if you ever lock your keys in your car. Ask for Lori when you call. She will assist you with anything!
RecommendedBreadsticks were cold done got a fresh batch that were then too hot. Waiter seemed new and kept asking if we wanted to try the pumpkin spice cylinders but we refused. eh over all it's a nice place, would dine again.
These guys are fantastic! I had the keys to my dodge truck stolen, and Michaels Keys was able to rekey both doors and the ignition in record time! Thanks guys, I will sleep better tonight knowing my truck is secure!

This company came highly recommended by several sources. However, when they came out, they spent 3 minutes assessing my situation and determined they could not program me a new transponder key without extensive eclectrical repairs. I called another locksmith, who came out and had my key successfully programmed and my truck back on the road within 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost Michael's would have charged. We went to the Colleyville location to get a broken key removed from the ignition. Unfortunately the anti-thief box was tripped. Long story short the jeep had to be towed to a dealership for repairs. Mary Lou, Holly, Layla and the entire staff were amazingly helpful, courteous and patient with us as we were particular of who we trusted to tow and repair the jeep. Thank you all for making the mistake right. You’ve earned customers and a great reference from us!!!
