Thank you Neil for spending time with us at Waxahachie Raising Canes yesterday. We had some troubles with our insta- key locks. The night before we had to call 24hr service because our door wouldn't lock, the key got stuck & broke off in cylinder. We were there until 3:30 am with a young guy who didn't speak the best English & had only ever worked on residential locks. So yesterday when we called in a WO and I see Michael's Keys, I knew immediately we were in good hands & had a super knowledgeable technician.
Best place to get key replacements I have found. Lock smith Anthony was a very nice man who helped me out. THIS COMPANY IS AN HONEST AND FAIR COMPANY. Got two keys for under $200 and they came to me.
Great staff on hand even near closing time. Reasonable prices for just about anything. Thanks for the help!
I purchased a Key Fob for a Volks 2003 Jetta. I took to Michaels Keys and they did cut the flip out key for me but told me they could not guarantee they could program it to start the vehicle & I would still have to pay $65 either way. I was able to program the locking & unlocking easily. Since I had one key I decided to wait & do some more checking. That was 3 months ago, so my son loses the only key, I call Michaels keys and they 1st say they can do it and switch me to the store, then I'm told they can't & put on hold for 1... read more
I'm new to the area-- but, I have found THE locksmith company to use. Can't begin to explain the professionalism of every employee that I spoke with (like Chris J.)-- sorry I didn't get all their names--and the young serviceman they sent out, Zack P., was an excellent representative of their company. Will highly recommended Michael's to anyone that wants the best!!
My daughter left her dome light on in her car and then went out of town. Michael's sent someone out to unlock the car in 15 minutes! We were then able to turn the light off so it wouldn't drain her battery.
Got my key out of the ignition of my bike due to it snapping in there, made me two keys for me great price and service! They really saved me today
