RecommendedI needed some updated jewelry appraisals done for insurance purposes. I was really impressed with Michael’s knowledge, training and qualifications — things you won’t find in most jewelry stores. Particularly the “box” or mall stores! He was reasonably priced and gave me a thorough and detailed report for each piece. I will definitely be back to shop as he has some gorgeous pieces in his store!

I had a diamond earring and sleeve that belonged to my grandmother but the other had long since been lost - i wanted it made into a pendant so I could wear it, he knew exactly what I wanted and didn't try to change the piece, and it turned out so beautiful - since then we have gone back several times to have him resize jewelry and repair other pieces, when it comes to jewelry, he is the one to trust.
I recently had Michael's Jewelry Center appraise two of my rings for insurance purposes. I was particularly impressed that the appraisal was able to be done 'in house' either same day or overnight, without being sent out. The appraisals were thorough, professionally done and completed on time. Thank you. I would most definitely recommend Michael's.

Apparently gemstones are worth nothing to this gemologist. I would not recommend Michael's jewelry center to anyone.

David. The sterling silver jewelry you wanted to sell had the lowest quality gemstones that are put in sterling silver jewelry and, yes, as I told you they have $0 value. That bracelet sells for about $39 new at box stores. You told me that you needed $200 for rent but as I said that doesn't make your jewelry worth more. I sorry that I didn't meet your needs. Take it to ANY jewelry store and you will be told the same thing. I don't appreciate your ignorant attack on me.
