Gruff and not helpful with a stone replacement on a ring. Offered no suggested help or ideas. Sounded annoyed to talk to me.
I cannot recommend Ron and the Michael's team enough! They helped my fiance pick the perfect, most unique setting for a very special heirloom diamond, and they helped him pick an equally unique wedding band to complement it. Ron did a fabulous job cleaning up the very old diamond and making sure it was secure in its new setting. Ron and his team are always so kind when my fiance or I drop in, and I love that they are always willing to clean my rings when I stop by!
