I think their bread is great. It's made in house and is very sweet and chewy. Watch out because it's addictive. The food is always hot and ready, so this place is a favorite of families who need a fast meal and don't want fast food. The price is decent and you do get a lot for your money.
Michael's is an Italian take out and dine in place that has been very successful in central Illinois. The Washington location was the original and is in an old gas station building. They also have several other locations. The owners were formerly associated with the Lagondola chain, also in central Illinois. The board of fare consists of Americanized Italian favorites like sub type sandwiches (Torpedos) and all kinds of pasta dishes. They have a pretty decent salad too.
They fast and also provide high quality food! I am very satisfied every time I leave. Will be back!!
Prices here are beyond reasonable for very big portions! Service was great too.
Michael's is definitely a family favorite. We have made a sort of tradition of coming once a month and we are never disappointed.
Great pizza, great deals and we like the Family Special when we go with friends. Pitchers of pop or ice tea, and good thin crust pizza.
good – The absolute without-a-doubt best pizza in all the land! The thin-crust pizza is cut into really small squares and just melts in your mouth!
We make a habit out of going to Michael's. It's a family favorite. The food and service are great.
Pure awesome! This place has one of the best pizza that I have ever had. The service was spot on. I love finding a place like this that is off the normal beaten path. No doubt I will be back.
