Love this place. I don't usually write reviews. Actually no one really does unless they have something bad to say. But, after a friend from out of town almost missed out on one of my favorite restaurants because "it has bad review" I figured I'd give my 2 cents. Michael's is one of my favorite places to eat. There is not better value for the money in the town of Washington, especially if you want carry-out. Check out their free 16' sub coupon with the purchase of a family feast. Awesome.
Michael's puts Avanti's and LaGondola to shame. While Avanti's and LaGondola try to skate on past success, Michael's continually offers a better and more affordable meal. The bread is the best in the area. The service is quick, pleasant, and always helpful. The menu offers a little bit of everything you expect in Italian food.

"The whole family loves Michaels! There is not a long wait for food, it is DELICIOUS, and very reasonably priced. We eat there, or order takeout, at least a few times a month Their lasagna is my favorite!"
Popular take out restaurant that is known for it's sub sandwiches and Italian food. Pretty dining room available if you want to eat there.
Good value. You get a lot for your money. Wonderful cinnamon bread and if you order italian sausage sandwich you get a ton of melted cheese on it. Sauce is very tasty!!
