We closed on our custom home at the first part of Oct. Michael's was excellent throughout the process. They used quality material and were very responsive. Their project managers were always willing to help. During construction there were a couple of small issues that they corrected immediately. After closing there have been 2-3 small issues and they responded and fixed within a week. I cannot say enough about Michael's and our new home.
Be careful when purchasing a house from Michael’s homes. After our home inspection we were assured all of the issues would be fixed and taken care of but a few months after the closing date we realized we were lied to and nothing was fixed. We are coming up on our year anniversary and the end of the warranty and all we get is automated email responses and no direction on how to fix the problem. We get passed from person to person. Would not recommend.
