have gone to Michael's Glass for years and so has my family and always recommended them. I took my vehicle there for a new windshield that had a road stone crack in it to be replaced for inspection. When I got my vehicle back there was busted glass all over both driver and passenger seats, dashboard, AC vents and the black strip from my old windshield with broken glass stuck to it left on my driver's side floor. They came late and they were supposed to be here from by 11am and they didn’t come until 1:08pm. Didn’t get a call to say that they were coming late and when they came one of the guys came into my apartment without speaking, which is very unprofessional. I had to call out of work for this and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who has a job!
I had an appointment 3 times and left work early only to be told they ordered the wrong windshield. Outrageous. Would never recommend them!

I own a automotive shop, I use them for ALL of our glass (home,shop, and auto). They have helped me dozens of times or more. Every time they are on time and prices are fantastic. Also they are some of the nicest people around.
Just want to recommend this incredible business. I had to have my windshield replaced over a year ago. I took it there and they were reasonable, quick, and extremely nice. Unfortunately it started leaking again this month. Micheal's replaced it again, no questions asked, no charge at all. It's hard to find customer service like that these days.
