I knew I wanted new carpet but wasn't sure what I wanted. I went to Michael's because the were voted Peoples Choice Awards. As soon as I got there Casey showed me all the beautiful samples that she thought I would like. We picked out a beautiful off white carpet. I bought it and the two installers were amazing. Very professional. Fantastic job. Tim, the owner, stopped over to see it too which was so good. I am so satisfied. I can understand why they were voted #1. Great carpet and a great crew. Thank you all.💓

Michael's Floor Covering is the best flooring store in the city. I have done business with them for years, from carpeting, ceramic, and vinyl. I just recently had new vinyl installed in my kitchen. It was cut to perfection. Every nook, cranny, and cut out are perfect. Kenny and John are master craftsmen. Their customer service is amazing. I will never do business with any other company. Everything went great. Bill Reed, from Michael's Floor Covering, worked with us to ensure we picked the correct flooring for our needs and within our budget. He spent quite a bit of quality time assisting us in carpet selection and making a couple of visits to verify total project needs. The installation crew did a great job and worked with us as we moved furniture and removed the carpeting in each area. Michael's is the best. Starting with our sales rep, Hannah. She directed us in the direction we wanted to go. didn't want something that everyone else had in their homes. Jim, the owner, Lesley, and last but not least the installers. Wow, what a fabulous company. We will be back in the Spring to do the last 2 rooms. I am already excited and can't wait to finish.
