My husband has purchased several pieces over the last 13 years for me from here. Eric was always wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, that was not our recent experience. The unprofessional woman repeatedly made fun of a piece I told her had sentimental value to me. I had asked her to stop more than once. This is inexcusable and just plain rude. I left the store very upset and crying. You just lost very loyal customers.

Emily helped us create our dream wedding ring, to replace one we damaged in Scandinavia this past summer. It is so beautiful and we love it so much! We will definitely be back again in 2017 for my husbands new ring and a few other pieces :)
